WE SERVE CERTIFIED PREMIUM BEEF FROM NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA, AUSTRALIA AND SPAIN. VEAL COMES FROM GERMANY; “DUROC” PORK FROM FRANCE; LAMB FROM NEW ZEALAND AND IRELAND; CORN-FED CHICKEN COMES FROM FRANCE – ALL THE MEAT IS DELIVERED TO THE RESTAURANTS BY OUR HAND-PICKED SUPPLIERS.

THE KING OF OUR SEAFOOD MENU IS GRILLED OCTOPUS, FOR SURE. PRECISELY COOKED, TAKING THE EXACT TIME ACCORDING TO THE WEIGHT, AND GRILLED AFTERWARDS. ALL THE SEAFOOD FOR OUR KITCHEN REACH US FRESH AND UNFROZEN, “ON ICE”, CAUGHT IN THE ATLANTIC.
